Bingo…The cards were ready, the caller ready, the prizes ready, but no players with daubers or trolls sat down to fill the hall with the shout of BINGO! Maybe next time!

We’ve decided…Wii bowling is right up our alley (sorry!) and it’s time to think about a league of our own (can’t help myself!) so keep your eye on the bulletin or web for details.
Baked potato…All I can say is umm…umm…Good! The pie was tasty too!
Bucks…We know you are on the edge of your seat waiting to hear who won the Saw Buck ($10) for encouraging attendance. Sit back and relax …it was Bev and Lloyd Harden, who then graciously donated their windfall back to 855, that makes us all winners but of course we new that. Didn’t we? Congratulations everybody, and thank you to the member who started the bucks roll by giving the challenge and donating the prize.

Sunday, December 13th after 11 o’clock mass…The 4th Annual Cookies * Caroling * Chocolate (the warm with marshmallows kind). Velma Bator at the piano and all of us of every age gathered round to sing the carols of Joy to the World we know so well and the songs that make our spirits bright. Mark your calendar and warm those pipes, we are dusting off the music and baking the treats – see you there.
